Here are a bunch of things I have found to be useful.

Wide field of view without the sense that you're giving yourself whiplash.
USB C Hub
Because my MacBook Pro only believes in USB C.

To clear off a little more desk space.

To clear off EVEN MORE desk space and hide the clutter/cables.
Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard
The Bluetooth connection makes this keyboard slightly finicky (a wired board would be better) but it's done a great job over the years of reducing wrist strain.
Stream Deck XL (Elgato)
Beautiful, programmable buttons to help me control my livestreams. Also hooks into my smart home devices.

Sterling Audio ST55 Large Diaphragm FET Condenser Mic
First XLR mic I owned. Solid condenser mic on a budget.
Shure SM7B Vocal Microphone
A great mic; likely the industry standard for podcasting and streaming.
Audio-Technica ATH-M50x Professional Monitor Headphones
For catching those plosives and weird hums.
Edifier Bluetooth Bookshelf Speakers
Have these hooked up to our record player; bluetooth enabled so that we can also play tunes from our phones
Zoom H6 Recorder
Supports up to 6 inputs, 4 of which are XLR. Swappable mic capsule. This thing has been the most important part of my podcasting rig for a few years.
Rode Wireless Pro Mic System
A dream for content creation and interviews when you need to be mobile. These come with me everywhere I go.
Apogee Duet USB Audio Interface
Supports both mics above; can be switched up for music recording
Suspension Mic Stands
For getting the mic close to my face without too much awkwardness.
ROLI Songmaker Kit
Squishy keyboard. MIDI controller. Travels well. Tons of fun.
Yamaha Motif Synthesizer
88-key synth for more serious music production. I have the discontinued Motif XS8, but this looks like the successor for close-to-real weighted action.
Simplecast (Podcast Hosting)
Best interface I've found and decent analytics with the entry-level plan.
GoXLR
USB audio interface, mixer, sampler, and FX manager. I use this when I stream, but be warned-- the software has been pretty buggy at various points in this product's lifecycle.

Plausible Analytics
A privacy-focused analytics tool. I am ditching Google Analytics on all of my properties and I am encouraging my clients to do the same. Plausible is a great alternative.

Wave Accounting Software
Free accounting software. Great for a sole proprietor/freelancer. They will take a small percentage of your online billing transactions if you use them for invoicing/payment processing.

Incense of Santa Fe
Because sometimes you want your office to smell really nice.
Raspberry Pi 3 Retro Arcade Gaming Kit
I got this as a gift and it is so much fun.
Bose QuietComfort 35 Wireless Headphones II
These are a total splurge but I never travel without them now. They transform crazy airports into a totally zen experience.

New tracks are being added all of the time. LoFi, chill beats, with some more meditative stuff thrown in from time to time. Not too sleepy, though.
