@SheefGG @jenntacles_ @Xfinity Starts to become clear that whatever consequences of @FCC complaints there may be for ISPs, they aren't enough. I wonder what the expectations for enforcement action are. If the default is for an ISP to provide bad service until complaints are made, something is broken/corrupt.

@jenntacles_ @SheefGG @Xfinity It's 400% ridiculous that you have to do so much work to get them to simply provide you with working service in the first place! I know how frustrating it is, and I'm really sorry you're going through it.
